Alpine’s Double IPA is mega-hopped in true West Coast-style. We use hops in the boil, more hops in the hop-back and an absurd amount of dry-hopping to achieve the beer’s signature, cutting-edge “hop bite.” Resinous with a pale golden hue and a bright white beer foam, the aroma presents pine notes that are dominated by sweet citrus with some perfume like qualities. The bold hop character is balanced perfectly by the caramel malt sweetness.
